Rainbow and Brownie sessions.

Sunday 22nd June 2025, Ripon

Time:  There are two different sessions, please book the correct one:

10am - 1pm Rainbow session (please arrive promptly at 9.45am) 

2pm - 5pm Brownie session (please arrive promptly at 1.45pm)

Where? Hazel House, 75 Allhallowgate, Ripon, HG4 1LE

About: This is a session for Rainbows and Brownies to have a go at cooking on an open fire, in a safe environment. Rainbows will get the chance to make and eat their lunch / Brownies will make and eat their tea, make some sweet treats and maybe bring something home with them. They will help with the washing up and clearing away too. Numbers will be limited and there will be plenty of Guiders there.

Essential information:

• Rainbows, please arrive at 9.45am / Brownies please arrive at 1.45pm - so we can get started on time.
• What to wear: uniform, suitable outdoor coat and shoes, hair tied back.
• What to bring: drink bottle and a small garden chair
• The event will go ahead in the event of bad weather, we can go inside.
• Girls need to book independently, their unit Guider will not be with them.

Cost: £20

Getting there:  You need to arrange your own transport. Park on Allhallowgate and walk up between the walls leading to Community House next to the workhouse museum, continue round the car park to the back. You can drive onto the site but it is busy - DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY.
